Doneren voor het pand kan nog steeds! Langer dan verwacht is de route die we afleggen om het pand in ons bezit te krijgen.

Er zijn telefonisch en via mail vele warme en betrokken berichten binnengekomen. Door de grote hoeveelheid hebben we niet alles kunnen beantwoorden. Wel kijken we met heel veel dankbaarheid en waardering naar de samenwerking en alles wat daaruit is voortgekomen en nog gaat komen!

Vandaag is een belangrijke dag: de vormgeving en inhoud van
de nieuwsbrief en alle andere media uitingen worden gecheckt door een communicatie deskundige. Deze week zal de campagne voor de verdere maand augustus van start gaan...

Testimonials op video zijn opgenomen om deel uit te maken van een grote publiciteitscampagne een dezer dagen. Vele vrienden en bekenden die hun steun laten blijken en hun positieve ervaringen van de programma's en mét deze plek in de stad willen delen met een groter publiek.

15 juli
Veel hulp ook in natura van mensen die een juridische, financiële en marketing achtergrond hebben. Steun uit de buurt en steun van mensen die in het buitenland wonen. Nog voordat de grootste mailing gedaan is en het nieuws via social media is verspreid, is dit alles heel hoopgevend!

Tijd

Op 6 juli jl heeft de makelaar van de huiseigenaar contact met ons opgenomen en aangegeven dat hij vanaf augustus het huis op de markt wil zetten voor de verkoop. Natuurlijk geeft dit een tijdsdruk, op het moment dat alles alleen nog in een verkennende fase was.
Het betekent dat er sneller duidelijkheid nodig is of het bedrag van 1 miljoen bijeengebracht wordt om de aankoop door
BK Nederland mogelijk te maken. 

Intern netwerk

Binnen de Brahma Kumaris is er een groep mensen die dagelijks mediteren, studeren en actief zijn als vrijwilligers. Het is dankzij deze groep dat het onderhoud, de lessen en cursussen en alle faciliteiten mogelijk zijn.

Deze groep zet zich in vanuit dienstbaarheid, met het doel het beste te kunnen geven ten gunste van je medemens. Niemand ontvangt daar een salaris of financiële tegemoetkoming voor, in tegendeel: zij dragen bij op elke mogelijke manier. De eerste inventarisatie is binnen deze groep gedaan om te kijken wat ieders mogelijkheden zijn. De inventarisatie hiervan loopt nog. 

Vrienden

Het gevoel om zoveel als mogelijk gebruik te maken van het huis, het mooie weer en een ieder een spirituele spa te gunnen, heeft ervoor gezorgd dat we in de maand juli elke week 1-daagse retreats hebben voor alle vrienden. Deze ééndaagse retreats hebben als thema ‘Wat vraagt de tijd?’ en geven een moment van reflectie en verdieping op de vraag waar we staan en wat in het kader van zelfzorg, persoonlijke ontwikkeling, de verschillende situaties in mijn leven aan te kunnen en de relatie met mezelf, met anderen en met de bron. Daarnaast is het nieuws ook gedeeld en zijn daaruit de volgende ideeën ontstaan.

Crowdfunding

Wat is crowdfunding eigenlijk?

Letterlijk betekent crowdfunding: financiering zoelen bij een groot publiek. Je vertelt zoveel mogelijk mensen over je plannen en vraagt of zij daarin willen investeren. Dit wordt gedaan online crowdfundingplatforms waar je een campagne aanmaakt.

We zijn aan het onderzoeken of wij dit als stichting kunnen doen en in het geval van een ja, wie ons kan helpen bij het opzetten hiervan. 

Investeerders

In een eerder bericht heb je al kunnen lezen dat we al vroeg zijn gestart met het vinden van een nieuwe verhuurder. Deze optie blijft open staan indien de voorwaarden voor huur ongeveer gelijk zijn aan de huidige

Time
On the 6th of July, the homeowner's real estate agent contacted us and indicated that he wants to put the house on the market for sale from August. Of course this gives a time pressure, at the moment everything was only in an exploratory phase. It means that clarity is needed more quickly whether the amount of 1 million will be raised to enable the purchase by BK Nederland.

Internal network
Within the Brahma Kumaris, there is a group of meditators, students and volunteers. It is thanks to this group that maintenance, lessons and courses and all facilities are possible. This group is committed to serving with the aim of giving the best for the benefit of everyone. Noone receives a salary or financial compensation for that, on the contrary they contribute in any way they can.

The first survey was made within this group to see what everyone's options are. The survey is still ongoing.Friends
The feeling of using the house as much as possible, the beautiful weather and giving everyone a spiritual spa has ensured that we have 1-day retreats for all friends every week in July. These one-day retreats have the theme 'What does time demand?', and provide a moment of reflection and deepening on the question of where we stand and what I can handle in the context of self-care, personal development, the different situations in my life and the relationship with myself, with others and with the source. In addition, the news was also shared and the following ideas emerged from it.

What is crowdfunding actually?
Literally, crowdfunding means: seeking funding from a large audience. You tell as many people as possible about your plans and ask if they want to invest in them. This is done online crowdfunding platforms where you create a campaign.

We are investigating whether we can do this as a foundation and if yes, who can help us set this up.

In an earlier post you could read that we started early on with finding a new landlord. This option remains open if the conditions for rent are approximately equal to the current ones.
